Mobile app development in Dubai and the UAE

We design and build iOS and Android apps for Dubai and UAE businesses — customer apps, loyalty and booking apps, and field apps for your staff. Apps are bilingual from the first screen, integrate local payment providers, and go through App Store and Google Play review with our support.

Native or cross-platform?

Native apps (Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android) give the best performance and the fullest access to device features. Cross-platform frameworks such as React Native share most code between both platforms, which lowers the cost of building and maintaining two apps.

For most UAE business apps — bookings, ordering, loyalty, account management — cross-platform is a sound choice. We recommend native when the app depends heavily on device hardware, offline processing, or platform-specific features.

What UAE apps need

Customers in the UAE use apps in both Arabic and English, often switching between them, so the app must handle right-to-left layouts, Arabic fonts, and bilingual content. Payments typically combine cards, Apple Pay, and buy-now-pay-later options such as Tabby or Tamara through a regional gateway.

Apps for regulated services may need UAE Pass sign-in for verified identity. Where you process personal data, UAE PDPL requirements apply to consent, storage, and access, and we document the data flows for your compliance review.

Apps for your own teams

Field apps for delivery, maintenance, and sales teams need to work without signal — in basements, warehouses, and remote sites — and sync reliably later. Our offline-first logistics app for GCC distribution is an example.

FAQ

Mobile App Development: questions from UAE businesses

Direct answers about cost, timelines, and how this works in the UAE.

How much does it cost to build an app in Dubai?

Market prices typically range from about AED 55,000 to AED 150,000 for a basic MVP, AED 150,000 to AED 370,000 for a business app with payments, an admin panel, and bilingual support, and more for enterprise or regulated apps.

How long does it take to develop a mobile app?

A focused MVP usually takes 8 to 12 weeks after discovery. A business app with payments, an admin panel, and integrations typically takes 3 to 6 months.

Should we launch on iOS or Android first?

Many UAE consumer apps launch on both, because both platforms are widely used. If budget requires one first, your own customer and analytics data should decide — or use a cross-platform framework to launch both together.

Do you publish the app to the App Store and Google Play?

We prepare the builds, store listings, and review requirements and support submission under your developer accounts, so the apps are published in your company's name.
