Enterprise software, ERP, and CRM development in the UAE
UAE organizations rarely run on one system. We build enterprise applications, custom ERP and CRM modules, and the integrations between them — so finance, operations, sales, and customer service work from the same accurate data.
- ERP and CRM integration
- VAT and e-invoicing ready
- UAE data residency
- Role-based security
Extend your ERP and CRM, or build your own?
Platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho cover standard processes well. The usual problem is the gap between them and the way your business actually works — approvals, pricing rules, field operations, or customer portals the platform doesn't handle.
In most cases we recommend keeping the platform and building around it: custom modules, portals, and integrations through its APIs. A fully custom ERP or CRM makes sense when your core process is unusual enough that configuring a platform costs more than building, or when licence costs per user have become a major expense.
VAT, e-invoicing, and finance requirements
UAE VAT is 5%, and tax invoices must carry specific details, including the supplier's tax registration number. The UAE is also introducing mandatory electronic invoicing in phases from 2026 on a Peppol-based model, starting with larger businesses — check the Ministry of Finance's current timeline for your company.
Systems that issue invoices need to produce structured invoice data, connect to an accredited service provider, and keep the audit trail tax law requires. We design billing and ERP integrations so this is a configuration step, not a rebuild.
Security, access, and hosting
Enterprise systems need role-based access, audit logs, single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID or similar, and clear data ownership. Where data must stay in the UAE — for example health data, which UAE law generally requires to be stored in the country — we deploy to UAE cloud regions.
We also build desktop and engineering software in C++ and Qt for industrial and technical teams; see our enterprise software service.

FAQ
Enterprise, ERP & CRM: questions from UAE businesses
Direct answers about cost, timelines, and how this works in the UAE.
What technologies are used for enterprise application development?
Typical choices are a web front end such as React, a backend in Node.js, .NET, or Java, a relational database such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server, and cloud hosting on Azure or AWS. The right stack depends on your existing systems and your IT team's skills — integration and maintainability matter more than fashion.
Can you integrate with SAP, Dynamics 365, Odoo, or Salesforce?
Yes, through their APIs. During discovery we confirm which APIs and licences your edition provides, because that determines what can be automated.
How much does custom ERP or CRM development cost in the UAE?
Custom modules and integrations for an existing platform often fall between AED 92,000 and AED 367,000. A fully custom ERP or CRM covering several departments is a larger, phased investment, usually above AED 367,000.
How long does an enterprise software project take?
Enterprise projects are delivered in phases. The first module or integration typically goes live in 3 to 4 months, with the full system rolled out over 6 to 12 months.
