Who we are
Hakrosoft is a custom software development company founded in 2024. We build native iOS and Android apps, web platforms, enterprise systems, and data and AI features, with structured quality assurance on every project.
We're deliberately small. The people you meet in discovery are the people who design and build your product, and the founders stay involved in every engagement. Read more about our team.
Where we work from
Our team is based in Pakistan and works remotely with clients in the UAE, the GCC, the UK, Europe, and the United States. We don't have a UAE office or a UAE trade licence, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Pakistan Standard Time (UTC+5) is one hour ahead of the UAE (UTC+4), so our working days overlap almost entirely. We plan around the UAE's Monday-to-Friday working week, public holidays, and Ramadan working hours.
What working together looks like
Discovery
A short, paid phase to agree goals, users, scope, risks, and UAE requirements. You get a feature map, architecture, and a fixed estimate.
Design
Arabic and English interface designs and a clickable prototype you can test with real users before development starts.
Build in sprints
Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each, a shared backlog, and weekly written progress reports.
Test and launch
Functional, device, right-to-left, payment, and security testing, then a planned release with monitoring.
Support
Maintenance, updates, and continued feature development, scoped separately so you only pay for what you need.
Engagement models
Fixed scope
A fixed price for a defined scope. Best when requirements are clear, such as a website or an MVP after discovery.
Dedicated team
A team that works as an extension of yours, billed monthly. Best for ongoing product development.
Time and material
You pay for time spent against a prioritized backlog. Best when requirements will evolve.

Working with a remote team from the UAE

How do meetings and communication work?
We meet on video during shared UAE working hours, use a shared chat channel for day-to-day questions, and send written weekly progress reports. Everything we build is visible in your repository and a shared task board.
Can your team meet us in person?
Day-to-day work is remote. For projects that benefit from in-person discovery workshops, short visits to the UAE can be arranged and agreed in the proposal.
Who do we sign the contract with?
With Hakrosoft directly. Governing law and invoicing currency are agreed in each contract.
