A Western SaaS startup needed a functional analytics dashboard to onboard early enterprise pilots and demonstrate value to investors. Timeline was tight and the team had no in-house engineering capacity.
The Challenge
Deliver a credible v1 product in under 10 weeks with role-based access, data visualization, and export capabilities — without overbuilding features that weren't yet validated.
