Hassan translates requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity designs in Figma while Junaid defines the technical architecture. We review layouts, flows, and responsive behavior with you before development begins. Designs are structured for scalability and RTL readiness where relevant.
Timeframe: 1–3 weeks
Involved: Hassan (design), Junaid (technical review), client feedback rounds
Development
Development
The development team ships in sprints with weekly or bi-weekly demos so you see progress early. Qaidr and Hassan run QA throughout — not just at the end — covering functional testing, regression, and device/browser coverage. You get transparency on what's done, what's next, and any blockers.
Timeframe: 4–12+ weeks (varies by scope)
Involved: Full dev team (Safdar, Awais, Hassan, Qaidr), Zain (delivery), Junaid (oversight)
Launch
Launch
We handle production deployment, environment setup, app store submissions where applicable, and a structured handoff with documentation your team can use. Post-launch monitoring ensures stability before we transition to ongoing support.
